Return Window: You have 7-14 days from delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags.

Non-Returnable: Innerwear, earrings, perishable goods, or personalized items.

Damaged Goods: Contact us at trade.trillionaires@gmail.com within 1 hour of delivery with photos.

Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within Instant - 5 business days.

Fees: For change-of-mind returns, a flat reverse-logistics fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund.
